maybe their selection was lacking?

I went to the dentist on Saturday. The hygienist told me that I should be using an extra-soft toothbrush, and to stop using whitening toothpaste. So when I went grocery shopping yesterday, I spent a good five minutes in the toothpaste aisle, trying to find a toothpaste that didn't say "whitening" on the box.

I gave up.

Their selection was definitely lacking but not by much. Hollywood smiles seem to be so much more important than healthy smiles.

Burt's Bees and Tom's of Maine have some great products.

Pregnancy really takes a toll on your teeth and gums so be sure to take good care of them :) usually has reasonable prices for the nature products.

How's your back?

You know, toothpaste is the only personal care product I use that isn't 100% chemical free. (Well, except for contact solution.) I just haven't been able to screw up the courage to make the leap. Maybe now is the time. I've tried Burt's Bees and didn't like it, I'll try Tom's.

My gums are apparently in excellent shape for a pregnant woman. They were very impressed. I literally cannot fall asleep at night if I haven't flossed.

My back is somewhat better, thank you! I make sure to always wear the belly belt and I don't carry Brandon around as much, which seems to help.
